Innovation in eAgriculture

I guess everyone will say yes. But still, nothing much happens for this sector if you look at the prosperity index of marginal farmers over the last few decades.

These kind of solutions will definitely help farmers who cannot reach the soil and water testing labs and can jointly own the testing kit to further reduce the cost of ownership.

    This is really awful experience with Samsung that I have been facing with my last two orders from your website.

    I'd Placed order for S6 tab mini order 11068284700.

    I have placed this order with the help from your sales executive who called me and helped me on call to place this order. I placed this order especially because there was offer of galaxy buds+ at discounted price. he instructed me how to claim this offer once i get the product.

    first problem I place with this order is delay in dispatch and delivery. with lots of calls and emails I could get this product. now after 72 hours of activation of this product with the same mobile number I was not able to claim the offer.

    so I made dozens of complaint. I received the product on 8th of August. from then till 31st of august nothing happened. I wrote email to CEO using your portal.

    finally I got to know that because of technical issue it is not reflecting in my Samsung shop app. SO i have been provided with coupon code to get the same discount.

    I used the coupon and place the order with order number 11038805721 on 28th of august with promised delivery on 5th of Sep. I have used the already saved address for this order. on second day when I check for order status the PIN code of the address was changed. entire address was same just PIN-CODE was completely irrelevant. so i called and raised the complaint. complaint accepted and got the email as well.

    now still nothing was happening in order update section in your website.

    I made at least more than 10 calls and all told me to wait for 24 hours. all promised to deliver product. now i called today and he said we cant help.

    I am surprised. What is this? Will I ever receive this order??

    if offers are not be availed by customer why you give false promises? if this just to lure customers? is this the way to grow company?

    is there any single person in Samsung who wants to take the responsibility?
